Getting to the hotels

We suggest to use the service of ZonaTaxi or AirportShuttle-Minibus to get from Ferihegy Airport to Hotel Peregrinus (1056 Budapest, V. Szerb u. 3.) or to Hotel Mercure Metropol (1074 Budapest, VIII. Rákóczi út 58.).

Getting to the conference site

The conference will be held at Eötvös University, Northern Building ( Pázmány Péter sétány 1/A), in the Eötvös lecture hall.

You can easily get there using public transportation, as sketched below.

From Hotel Peregrinus:

1. Follow the path indicated on the map below to get to Fővám square.

2. Take tram Nr. 2 to the south (direction Vágóhíd).

3. Get off at the 2nd stop, at Boráros square and walk over the bridge, or take one stop with tram Nr. 4 (direction Fehérvári street) or tram Nr. 6 (direction Móricz Zsigmond square) to get to the Buda side of the bridge.

4. Follow the pathway indicated on the campus map to get to Eötvös University, Northern Building.

If you decide to walk, the distance between Hotel Peregrinus and the campus is about 2.2 kms.

From Hotel Mercure:

1. Walk to Blaha Lujza square.

2. Take tram Nr. 4 (direction Fehérvári street) or tram Nr. 6 (direction Móricz Zsigmond square).

3. Go 6 stops by tram, and get off at Petőfi bridge - Buda side (the first stop after crossing the river).

4. Follow the pathway indicated on the campus map to get to Eötvös University, Northern Building.

If you decide to walk, the distance between Hotel Mercure and the campus is about 3.1 kms.

Places to eat

In the lunch break of the conference there is an opportunity to have lunch (self-service) at Info Park, Building "I" or "D", which is located very close to Eötvös University (see map below).

For dinner, we recommend the nice restaurants in Váci utca near Hotel Peregrinus.
